My name is Kevin Holmes. Over the last 20 years, I helped grow three companies from day one all the way to acquisition by private equity. But what mattered most along the way wasn’t just the business outcomes. It was building teams, shaping culture, and creating workplaces where people actually wanted to show up and contribute.

Through those experiences, I discovered my real passion: helping leaders grow, developing healthy cultures, and unlocking the potential in people.

Today, I partner with business owners and leadership teams to do exactly that. Because when culture thrives, people thrive — and companies leave a legacy that lasts.
